I tried to take the celebration quilt and use that design with a different block and make a miniature version. I was hoping it would end up a fall wreath but it didn't really. It was a lot of work since it includes 16 two inch blocks and 4 three inch blocks and each one of those blocks has 16 little pieces sewn together (some smaller than 1/4 inch) and it took longer than I expected to sew. But in the end it was worth it. I still like how it came out even though it wasn't what I expected. The pieced center is only 12 inches -- considered a mini -- but after I added the borders it doubled the size -- which kind of loses the mini status. The fabric is from Carol Doak's Royal Windsor line which was produced in 2004 by Timeless Treasures - I won all the fabric except the solid gold. I'm glad I finally found a project to use it on.
